Objectives

1) TO INCREASE, within 3 to 5 years, AT LEAST by 60% THE PERCENTAGE OF STUDENTS THAT FIND A JOB COMPLYING WITH THEIR STUDIES. Today, more than half of the students who graduate in the partner schools cannot find a job in their field 2) TO INCLUDE AT LEAST 40% of fewer Opportunities IN INTERNATIONAL INTERNSHIPS. The consortium involved students with migratory background, students with specific learning disabilities and economically disadvantaged learners in the project. 3) TO REDUCE TO 20% THE NUMBER OF STUDENTS AT RISK "NEET". 4) TO DEVELOP THE CURRICULA PER ULO AS EXPECTED BY ECVET and start using all the associated tools in order to facilitate the job mobility (but not only) of its graduates in Europe 5) TO MAKE 25% OF THE BENEFICIARY STUDENTS / TEACHERS ACHIEVE THE B2 LEVEL IN LINGUISTIC CERTIFICATIONS. 6) INCLUDE 20% OF LONG-TERM MOBILITY IN EUROPEAN BUSINESS ENVIRONMENTS (ERASMUS PRO)

Background

Various reasons prompted the consortium to present this project: a) collaborate with national and international companies to design and share suitable ULOs with explicit criteria to evaluate and improve the capacity of educational pathways to respond to the needs of the job b) to provide graduates with the chance to obtain a long-term and quality job in a short time with a curriculum full of professional experiences acquired in a transnational and multicultural context. c) prevent and therefore reduce the worrying phenomenon of NEETs d) train the students of the linguistic and human sciences high school for the job opportunities offered in the services sector (above all the 'hospitality' and “pedagogical” area, as currently required by the job market). e) strengthen inclusion for SEN students, encouraging them to take part in international internships and supporting them from the beginning to the preparation for mobility
