The project, MEC II, capturing the evolutions of the mechanical, chemical, electronic, mechatronic sectors intended TO OFFER YOUNG PEOPLE THE OPPORTUNITY TO REALIZE A TRAINING WORKING EXPERIENCE ABROAD to ACQUIRE LANGUAGE, TECHNICAL-PROFESSIONAL SKILLS, COHERENT WITH THE MAINTENANCE AND MAINTENANCE ADDRESSES technical assistance, electronics and electrical engineering, chemistry, materials, and technologies, by carrying out training internships in foreign companies, linking the world of school with the labor market. - ENHANCE INTERCULTURAL AWARENESS AND ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP - STRENGTHEN SOCIAL INCLUSION - DEVELOP THE ABILITIES OF EDUCATION TO MEET THE NEEDS OF PROFESSIONALISM AND SKILLS EXPRESSED BY THE MdL. - INTERNATIONALIZATION: developing forms of cooperation that are also valid for new and other types of design.
The Institutes involved in the implementation of MEC II, the IIS Marconi Guarasci leader, the IIS De Filippis Prestia Vibo Valentia, the ITI Milan of Polistena, the IIS Fermi Eredia of Catania and the ITI Fermi of Syracuse, have always attentive to the productive vocation of the reference territories (Calabria and Sicily), through a training commitment capable of taking into account innovation and technological development with a focus on the sector of Mechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics and Chemistry. His presentation was aimed at: - Enhance the educational offer for students disadvantaged due to economic obstacles (people with low standard of living or low income, cultural differences) -Offer opportunities for personal and professional growth to participants, -Internationalize the training offer and to make mobility activities more and more an integral part of the Education Training courses.
