Background

The “reShapEU project has resumed the fruitful collaboration started in recent years by the members of the Consortium to improve some performances and consolidate mutual cooperation between the world of education and training and the labor market, seizing the opportunities offered by Industry 4.0 and the digital sector, which emerge as areas with good job prospects. Digital skills, in fact, are required not only by ICT professions but are transversal to all working sectors. In addition, after the pandemic, there has been a rapid process of digitalisation and technological innovation which continues to create new jobs in numerous and disparate professional fields. The project, therefore, made it possible to train young people but also staff, allowing them to respond better to the needs of companies which are now totally focused on developing adequate digital skills to accelerate recovery and be competitive in the global market.
