Going international is a corporate choice that embraces various internal functions, from strategy, to marketing, to production, to finance, because the shared objective is common, and therefore the company must be solid and cohesive and have personnel resources and skills to devote to achieve it. The MOVE4TRADE 3 project aimed to respond to this need, offering the young participants the opportunity to acquire a set of basic, transversal and technical-professional skills necessary to support internationalization processes, helping to improve their employment potential.
The MOVE4TRADE 3 project was born from the awareness of how, in an era characterized by a strong complexity as regards the economic sphere and, in particular, foreign trade at a global level, it is essential for SMEs to adapt their business model, to make it functional to the level of competitiveness and innovation of international markets, using marketing predominantly, with tools and activities designed according to specific objectives, to present and promote one's product or service. To do this, it is essential that SMEs equip themselves with appropriate knowledge and skills at different levels.
