WeAreSmart 2020 aimed at offering 109 local young people from technical-vocational schools of the MECHANICAL, ELECTRONIC, INFORMATICS and ENERGY sectors, the opportunity to carry out an international mobility experience in a highly innovative and specialized work-based context at EU level. In line with the objectives of the STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE INTERNATIONALIZATION of the Province of Campobasso, the WeAreSmart 2020 project foreseen - for the 109 young participants - professional, cultural and linguistic preparation (through the OLS platform) and an international internship carried out in laboratories, ICT and electronic assistance centers and companies specialized in new technologies 4.0 and 5.0. The project, therefore, promoted the improvement and enhancement of human capital and supported youth employability in sectors with high employment potential. The implementation of the project also contributed to strengthening the international dimension of the Province of Campobasso in terms of increased capacity and skills in the design, management and evaluation of international learning mobility pathways; development of the EU tools and procedures (EQF, ECVET, EUROPASS, EQAVET); development of international networking capabilities.
The 2020 edition of "WeAreSmart" project is part of the process of strengthening the STRATEGIC PLAN FOR INTERNATIONALIZATION, through which the Province of Campobasso planned to participate in new projects and activities in the period 2020-2027, in partnership with Molise Regional Authority, local, regional and national schools, Institutions and organisations: - ERASMUS+ ACCREDITATION for VET LEARNERS (students and recent graduates) for the period 2021-2027; - SHORT and LONG-TERM MOBILITY in the framework of the EU Alliances for Apprenticeship (EAfA); - ERASMUS+ KA2 COOPERATION PARTNERSHIPS projects to promote the green topics, the digital learning and the inclusion of disadvantaged young people; - ERASMUS+ KA2 SECTOR SKILLS ALLIANCES projects to define innovative professional figures and promote employability and competitiveness of the labor market; - EU MOBILITY projects PROMOTED BY REGIONAL FUNDS in the framework of the ESF 2021-2027, PON SCHOOL and Youth Guarantee; - ERASMUS FOR YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS (EYE) projects, to offer young people the opportunity to acquire management skills from professionals already established in another EU Country; - Implementation of the EUROPE DIRECT, EURODESK, EURES Information Centers.
