The main objectives of the project were achieved despite the pandemic which slowed down activities for a long time and changed also some strategies in the project, both in terms of teaching and international mobilities management. The project contributed to: - develop technical, professional, language, soft and personal skills of the participants - improve school educational offer - improve management skills of the teachers and the administrative staff and their knowledge about European programmes - improve the employability of participants, especially for recent graduates who (in many cases) graduated without having had the opportunity to test their skills due to the interruption of the school internships during and after the pandemic - re-motivate participants who were risking to drop out or not to finish their school courses, through a training mobility path - improve digital skills, also introducing specific tools during the pandemic - develop international relations and strengthen the ones already existing - improve the school's internal procedures and strengthen the staff dealing with international projects
This project was the last one in the programme Erasmus Plus 2014/2020 and was also the last managed through the VET Charter obtained by the school in 2015. The project was very important in helping the promoter to achieve its objectives, fitting perfectly into the international strategy of the school. Participants developped professional skills (both students and graduates) and also the school improved administration and management skills. New methodologies, different control measures and monitoring tools were also used and developped, also due to the pandemic which slowed down activities and forced some changes in the project, which however did not undermine the expected results.
