The general objective of 'M.O.R.E.' was to support the personal and professional development of individuals in order to contribute to the job inclusion of young people and the continuous training of VET staff, with a view to lifelong learning and an increase in quality and attractiveness of the Education and Vocational Training sector. The specific objectives pursued by the project were: 1) offer to recent qualificed and recedent graduates from VET institutes the opportunity to undertake, within 12 months from the obtaining of the title, a personalized training path aimed at: experimenting in the field, within a foreign company, the knowledge acquired during the school period; acquire transversal skills necessary for inclusion in the labour market, increase autonomy and responsibility, act in work contexts; improve language and digital skills; develop intercultural skills and the feeling of belonging to Europe 2) give the staff of VET entities the opportunity to participate in jobshadowing activities at foreign companies to encourage exchange and dialogue with foreign colleagues/experts, with a view to updating professional and transversal skills.
'M.O.R.E.' is the 5th mobility project implemented by Essenia UETP as part of the initiatives relating to the ‘VET Mobility Charter’. It represents the final mobility project of the institution's internationalization strategy for the period 2015-20, which pursues the objective of supporting the job inclusion of young recent graduates and contributing to the continuous updating of the skills of VET professionals. “M.O.R.E” was born in response to the needs that Essenia, as a professional training institution operating at national level and Eurodesk Center, constantly detects during the information, training, career guidance activities, of dialogue and interaction both with direct targets (recent graduates from VET schools and VET staff) and with educational institutions. The privileged dialogue with this audience has made it possible to confirm the validity of the mobility previously implemented and to find that they are increasingly relevant and in some cases even considered indispensable: for recent graduates, on-the-job activities in foreign companies to test knowledge and acquire hard and soft skills; for the VET staff, the exchange with foreign counterparts for professional updating and the comparison of methods and experiences
