Background

The concept of innovation is often understood as uniquely linked to the theme of technology, as the main driver of economic development; however, there is also another concept of innovation, which is linked to culture and that means the research and development of good practices on social issues (coexistence, relationships, integration), or social innovation. Arezzo Innovazione, as a participatory foundation, therefore intends to work strategically on the concept of innovation and one of the main tools for implementing this strategy is the promotion of European mobility experiences. Over time, the growing need for trained and adequately "internationalized" professionals has revealed the need to facilitate the meeting between companies and young people, in order to generate deep and lasting changes in the local context. Arezzo Innovazione therefore intends to increase the capacity to develop and enhance ERASMUS + experiences at the local level, with the aim of systematising the mobility and training actions of young people in according with what is required by the labour market.
