Main aims of the project have been: - to acquire technical and professional competences for the participants, to improve the possibility to be employed at the end of their study cicles - to acquire and improve language skills in English or other languages - to improve personal and soft skills such as: learning to learn, autonomy, capacity to adapt to new context, self management, self confidence, intercultural learning, team working, problem solving, etc. - to have a vocational guidance, being aware of personal strong and weak points, potentalities, personal and job objectives - compare the training methodologies on the sector of study in a different country and a different context, out of the participants' comfort zone
The project is main part of AeF's international strategy and its aim is to go on developping the training strategy and outcomes came out from the previous projects and past experience of the promoter. AEF wants to connect better education world and vocational training, in order to strenghten the effectiveness of the mobilities as primary tool for the personal and technical development of learners Specific objects of the project have been: - foster a strong first approach to life and training experience in international contexts, to acquire skills that than can be used in everyday life and future career. - answer to the needs of the schools and learners in terms of development of personal skills and to empower CVs
