The implementation of the internationalisation strategy means for Enaip Piemonte ETS the achievement of higher abilities to prepare operators to support and enhance the motivations, ambitions, and personal and professional projects in a European and international dimension for youngsters and unemployed adults, so to prepare them and make them able to reply to the needs of a globalised labour market and improve their employability,soping that they will act as active European citizens through inclusive training paths and social and professional inclusion.
The project is part of the internationalisation strategy of Enaip Piemonte ETS and of the accreditation awarded through the Erasmus Plus VET Mobility Charter. To enhance an always wider confrontation with VET and labour policies institutions at a European level and widen the horizons of the globalised labour market, our institution intends to continue the objective to enable learners, ex-learners and staff members to carry out a transnational mobility period, in order to improve their skills and create contacts and collaborations with significant European partners, so to share good practices and create innovative operational approaches. The participation in mobility actions also encourages the implementation of inclusive and integrated vocational training paths that improve learners' employability and develop a higher awarness about the central role played by transnational mobility and encourage a sustainable economic growth. The project also represents an effective tool to improve the quality of the training offer and reply to the European quality standards required to VET institutions.
