The internship abroad was a learning unit aimed at increasing and consolidating the learner's communicative skills in the foreign language, as well as digital and cultural competences. It aslo aimed at promoting the learniers’ personal growth, like self-determination, problem solving, team work, self-learning and adaptability. As a continuation of the previous projects, Staff mobility was carried out to increase the teachers’ professional competence in CLIL methodology, CLIL teaching and methodology in each school, as well as to increase Project based learning (PBL). Staff mobility was organized keeping in mind its impact on the school, specifically: sharing of best practices, increase in cooperation, inclusive teaching and different ways and methods to organize the class.
The project From school to work (FSW 20) was carried out by a Consortium of 3 senior secondary schools located in Bassano del Grappa (VI) and coordinated by Liceo “G.B. Brocchi”. The 87 five-week mobilities for learners and the 12 one-week mobilities for staff completed the multi-year plan of the Mobility Charter. Despite the pandemic difficulties still present, From school to work 2020” (FSW) managed to implement the school internationalization and to give both students and teachers competenses and tools, like in the previous projects.
