Despite the delay in the last two years and the still lingering uncertainties related to the pandemic, this project has also retained its original objectives: the implementation of internships abroad for 4th year students in line with their schooling path. Some Institutes also selected V-year participants, allowing them to do an internship in line with their skills acquired during their 5-year course. The 4 PRO grants were all implemented. The participants were divided into 2 groups, 1 in IE - 3 in DE, to allow them to do the internship in presence and not remotely, which is the preferred way by several foreign companies especially for certain job profiles, such as IT professionals. The 9 Staff mobilities were also all implemented. Despite numerous efforts to organize the trip that was initially planned to Finland (March 2020), the city of Perpignan (FR) was chosen. In 2022 a collaboration began with the partner ALFMED, which is in charge of hosting internship students. Teachers had the opportunity to get acquainted with the local reality, meet French VET schools and visit some companies that could host students in summer 2023.
The Careers Promotion 2020 project constitutes the fourth and final year of the 2014-2020 Charter. As with the previous project, it too suffered a one-year delay in its implementation due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. However, thanks to the cooperation of all consortium members, the planned activities for students and staff were implemented according to the planned numbers, and featured all schools in the project. In addition to the increase in the number of mobilities, the goals remain and are reinforced those of previous years, namely: increasing the skills of the learners and staff of the schools involved, especially the cohesion of the working group, to improve the already excellent image of the consortium among the learners and their families, to meet a strong need for socialization of the students.
