The Project foresaw the achievement of both TRAINING and STRATEGIC objectives. The training objectives were more related to transnational mobility activities and the specific training needs of the target group to which the project was addressed; the strategic objectives, on the other hand, were designed on the basis of the system needs of SCF and its associates, and had a greater impact on the political-organisational systems. The training objectives achieved by the project were: - the acquisition of technical and sectorial skills of IVET learners (3rd and 4th year in particular) and/or the strengthening of these skills; - the strengthening of the languistic, digital and intercultural skills of the learners and staff involved in the project; as well as of the soft skills mostly required by the labour market (analysis, collaboration skills, problem solving, resilience) - the acquisition of technical and professional skills of the IVET professionals. In relation to the strategic objectives we can mention: - strengthening capacity building in the management of internationalization processes; - integration of transnational mobility of IVET learners in the formal learning pathways of origin.
