For students we aim to: - encourage the development of key skills required by businesses; - experiment with transversal skills in a real production context; - broaden the horizons of young people and educate them on mobility; - strengthen future employability through experiences capable of giving added value to the curriculum. For teachers, mobility was seen as an opportunity to: - develop awareness of the professional skills required in a constantly evolving world of work; - carry out a critical reflection on the multiple factors that influence the teaching-learning process and on one's own professional growth in an international context; - acquire or strengthen skills in designing and planning integrated formal and non-formal paths; - develop communication skills in a foreign language both in the organizational phases and in the job placement phase.
Through the internships carried out during the last year of the mobility charter, our attention was focused mainly on innovation and improvement of the internationalization path that the institute has undertaken for years, modeling the process to make it more coherent with the ongoing reality change, both from a professional point of view and from the point of view of the citizenship skills of teachers and students. There is a strong and deep-rooted awareness that internship projects abroad offer a precious opportunity for students and teachers to carry out part of their training in international contexts, putting into practice the integration of the international orientation of the curriculum, improving the language skills and experimenting with innovative and effective job placement paths, designed to respond to the specific needs of the territory and the curriculum of each student.
