The general objective is to promote highly qualifying educational mobility paths and improve the employability of our students. The specific objectives that this mobility action set out to achieve are as follows: 1- Improve participants’ professional skills, key competences and citizenship skills 2- Increase school teachers’ language and transnational project management skills 3- Increase the employability of secondary level school students and support their transition into the job market 4- Strengthen graduates’ skills in preparation for entering the job market or continuing their studies
AltERnativo 2020 is the fourth project that the social cooperative Uniser implement in the framework of the European development strategy adopted with the mobility charter, a strategy that stands out for its close collaboration with institutions, VET providers and companies, aimed at the internationalisation of the training offer for the benefit of schools, students and companies. The initiative stems from the need to support the educational system of Emilia-Romagna in providing learning mobility paths that allow the acquisition of skills useful to the regional productive system.
