CNOS-FAP Federation has applied for this KA1 mobility project because European and international activities have always represented an important pillar of the internationalisation strategy adopted by the organisation. Specifically, CNOS-FAP Federation has always considered the KA1 Erasmus+ projects as the main tool for achieving the objectives set by its internationalisation strategy for the period 2019- 2024: socio-professional development of young people and more employability-oriented opportunities based on quality; professionalisation of its staff and increase in the quality, impact and attractiveness of its training offer. Through the implementation of the DB WAVE Q.I. mobility project, the Federation has set the further objective of strengthening European collaboration with other national VET networks and with European bodies experienced in the development of dual pathways in Spain, France, Germany and Ireland in order to promote the relevance of Salesian vocational training in Europe, the transfer of innovative methodologies and approaches aimed at improving the quality of the training provided, and the strengthening of the future European VET network (DB Tech Europe) through mutual mobility schemes.
