The objectives identified were closely related to the needs: 1 - strengthening the skills of the staff to be reached by an oculate and enhancing planning; gathering of needs and any other action aimed at the drafting of the project, as well as monitoring and final evaluation. 2 - strengthening the sense of belonging to the school of all staff: this is achieved through the collection of needs, formal and informal meetings with the project group and obviously with the preparation for mobility (but especially with mobility itself); 3 - improving staff language skills through the use of language during project activities; 4 - Rethinking and improving the learning environment: 5 - systematic use of the CLIL methodology, both in foreign language and in Italian L2 6 - implementation of environmental education and outdoor education. 7 - collection of good practices and subsequent dissemination on the territory: schools, municipality, Faculty of Primary Education (trainees), families. 8 - provide quality training to school staff.
The school has identified basic needs for the professional development of staff: 1- strengthening language skills to strengthen the international dimension; 2 - strengthening the multicultural skills of staff, given the high number of non-Italian-speaking pupils; 3 - strengthening of CLIL skills, including Italian L2 , in particular as the language of study; 4 - create innovative, welcoming and effective learning environments; 5 - improve the well-being of pupils and staff at school, to enhance school performance, and to prevent bullying; 6 - strengthening the role of schools in the territorial context, in particular as interlocutors with local authorities and local training agencies; 7 - acquire skills for the development of soft skills of pupils; 8 - launch of outdoor education for all school degrees in order to improve the well-being of teachers and pupils; 9 - overcoming the linguistic difficulties of administrative staff; 10 - strengthening citizenship skills and the development of soft skills for teachers hosting trainees.
