The school, during the period of implementation of R.E.S.T.A.RT. found himself facing many difficulties; nevertheless, the managing team kept in mind the objectives expected from the realization of the project: - the transfer of skills and know-how acquired abroad to the entire teaching staff has allowed for a general strengthening of the Educational Offer. - the introduction of competency-based learning paths, starting from knowledge acquired through participation in the structured course in Finland, is allowing teaching staff to stimulate students who experience greater learning difficulties. - the launch of European citizenship education activities, based on the skills learned during the structured course in Belgium, will allow students to acquire greater awareness of their role as European citizens over time. - contact with Institutes and foreign colleagues has provided the ISIS G. Ferraris with the resources and skills necessary to lay the foundations for implementing good practices useful for its development.
The project “R.E.S.T.A.R.T.- euRopean ExSperience of mobiliTy for teAcheRs Training”, n. 2020-1-IT02-KA101-077766, proposed by the ISIS Galileo Ferraris of Caserta, was born with the aim of giving continuity to the process of internationalization and improvement of the Educational Offer that the school started through the realization of the Erasmus+ project “M.O.T.I.V.E.”, n. 2019-1-IT02-KA101-061041. Based on this success, ISIS G. Ferraris decided to implement the project “R.E.S.T.A.R.T.” aware of the need to strengthen its internationalization strategy through the creation of transnational mobility paths aimed at the professional updating of its teaching staff in areas in which the Institute's Educational Offer still presents the need for modernization, considering the needs expressed by school users and by the territory in which the school is located, namely: - enhancement of European citizenship skills for students. - improvement of teachers' skills in competency-based planning. -increase in the number of teaching activities carried out in meaningful, informal, and non-formal learning contexts.
