Background

"A.R.T. L.A.B - Alliance of euRopean Training institutions to promote schooL stAff moBility "was proposed by the Liceo Artistico" Sabatini-Menna "in order to affect the professional updating of its school staff and give continuity to the innovation process of the Educational Offer as well as to process of internationalization, started through previous projects carried out in the Erasmus + context. The intent was to involve a significant number of school staff members in activities to enhance teaching skills, acting on the aspects that still represent a limit to the complete affirmation of the School as a center of methodological and cultural innovation. In fact, the analysis of the Institute's RAV 2018/2019 revealed critical issues related to the achievement of positive school outcomes by pupils as well as the need to encourage a more active participation in school life and to strengthen key skills of pupils. These situations still constitute some of the main challenges that the Lyceum intends to face with a constant approach to modernizing its systems.
