Objectives

Among the macro-objectives that "TRAINING" has aimed to achieve, there are: - acquiring a relevant status in the Erasmus + panorama, developing the ability to continuously implement projects aimed at staff and students, and graduates. - recognizing the learning favoured by the project at the European and regional levels. - introducing laboratory and digital teaching in the disciplinary activities of teachers. - introducing CLIL teachings. - improving the work-based learning and orientation paths. - improving students' transversal skills (digital, social, entrepreneurial, linguistic). - expanding the partnership network with schools, associations, companies at national and European levels.

Background

The project "TRAINING school staff TRAINING to support pupils’ growth as European citizens" (no. 2020-1-IT02-KA101-077787) implemented by the High School “Liceo Bonaventura Rescigno" located in Roccapiemonte has been granted in July 2020. The project was born with the aim of solving some critical issues derived from the 2019-22 Educational school plan, including: - Gaps in terms of European project management. - Propensity of teachers to use traditional methodologies. - Non-use of the English language by non-linguistic subject teachers. Although the educational activity of the Institute has already developed in a European dimension that includes previous Erasmus+ Strategic Partnerships managed in 2017 and 2019, the School wanted to leverage the Erasmus+ Program and its opportunities in terms of acquiring innovative skills, in order to continue the internationalization process of its teaching dimension.
