The project had 3 main themes: Creativity, Inclusion, Didactics. This specific project was the first step towards the gradual internationalization of the school's teaching staff. In fact, this is the first project that involved secondary school, primary and kindergarten teachers, together with the school manager, in a training activity abroad, thanks to which they improved their skills and acquired specific tools that can be immediately used in business. to be held with the pupils in the theater adjacent to the school. The school wanted to strengthen its European dimension, with a project proposal that made it possible to build international collaborative relationships and establish contacts for future projects. The project has also fostered exchange and discussion within the school community since the training courses abroad offer opportunities to visit other school institutions, to study their functioning and to exchange good practices.
The project was born from the actual needs of our institution, identified through the RAV and described in the Ptof 2019/2022. The school's strategy is in fact focused on two main areas that outline the identity and character of the school. a. Training teachers to train pupils. Participation in mobility activities within the Erasmus + program, chosen unanimously within the teaching board, is included in the Teacher Training Plan. The presentation of candidacies within the KA1 Action is therefore an indispensable element for staff training and for acquiring operational tools to improve teaching methods. b. Growing harmonies The School Improvement Plan defines a path for pupils, according to which the educational offer of the institute must include a greater number of activities related to self-knowledge through creativity (art, music) and movement (sport) . Therefore it is the intention of the school to confirm the current educational offer by building strategic partnerships with other schools in Europe that have such a focus on the area of cultural awareness and expression (art, music, theater, body expression).
