OBJECTIVE A) Improve the professional skills of teachers, with the learning of original educational - teaching strategies and innovative tools aimed at implementing motivation, attention, active and collaborative participation of students OBJECTIVE B) Experience different educational systems and contexts, which act as a stimulus to build more welcoming and motivating learning environments OBJECTIVE C) Improve linguistic and communication skills "in situation" OBJECTIVE D) Consolidate the inclusive and multicultural dimension of our school OBJECTIVE E) Expand the training opportunities offered by our school, creating opportunities for discussion, sharing of educational practices and teaching materials OBJECTIVE F) Carry out dissemination activities also open to local schools OBJECTIVE G) To make families and the territory participate in the educational-didactic value of the training experience abroad, its effectiveness in terms of requalification of the school's training offer and the expected results.
The main aim of our project was to learn new teaching strategies and methodologies to deal with the social transformations taking place in our territory, as a consequence of which the need emerged to adapt educational and didactic proposals to the new characteristics of students and increasingly complex and varied. The objectives of the implemented project were also in line with the training objectives of the PTOF 2019-2022, also deduced from the RAV. Furthermore, since the I.C. “Alberto Manzi” promotes staff training in compliance with the National Training Plan adopted by the MIUR and in coherence with the Three-Year Plan of the Training Offer and with the results emerging from the Improvement Plan, the aim was to offer teachers quality training and experiences.
