The idea of the project was born to improve teachers' skills in order to develop the vision of the school's action plan - create stable models and structures for innovation - learn the theories and practices regarding new opportunities for teaching scientific and linguistic disciplines - establish educational and collaborative cooperation with teachers of other nationalities - improve the linguistic skills of teachers - encourage the acquisition of key European skills - encourage the acquisition of the essential skills to act as active citizenship - design, plan and write lesson plans that highlight the new practices learned - characterize the professional profiles in a European key by implementing the appropriate curvatures making the mobility of students within the community context possible. Every year our school sees a large number of teachers joining it who show difficulty in adapting to: the methods of planning and evaluation based on skills; to the online methods of sharing and collaboration adopted by class councils, working groups and departments of the school
create motivating and interactive learning environments to respond to the educational needs of pupils according to the European frameworks for developing citizenship skills; improve the levels of knowledge, competence and participation of young people; increase the diffusion, access and use of the information society in schools; encourage lifelong learning systems.
