The objectives foreseen in the design phase, strictly deduced from the needs analysis, were centered on: - the acquisition of good teaching practices and shared behavioral codes (ability to evaluate and self-evaluate, work in a team and collaborate for a common purpose, empathize, manage conflicts, deal with complexity, be resilient and proactive); - the identification of new and significant learning strategies and promoting them within the institute as a possibility for the general renewal of teaching; -the implementation of social inclusion through greater personalization of teaching; - the valorization of effective learning through the development of soft skills; -the promotion of the international dimension of the curriculum.
The project was born by a careful analysis of the needs of the Institute deduced from the RAV and the PDM to acquire: -new teaching methodologies; -renewed ways of sharing and verifying the European Key Competences; -through the observation of European good practices, the implementation of motivation and professional development in a stimulating, inclusive and effective working context; -the ability to act and modify disciplinary design guidelines in the direction of methodological and evaluation innovation; - teaching strategies more focused on innovative learning aimed at developing the broader objective of the international dimension of the Institute. The school, in fact, through the two mobilities carried out, the activities implemented in the Class Councils, in the disciplinary Departments and in the Teaching Body and the important intermediate and final dissemination activities, have had the opportunity to develop innovative practices, significantly strengthening the ability to know how to evaluate and plan, in an international dimension of the curriculum and with a view to social and territorial promotion
