Taking part in the trainining courses: Benchmarking the Finnish Education System e Pedagical Leadership and Educational Innovation, organized by EduFuture gave us the opportunity to achieve the following objectives: - getting to know other European systems of governance, management, teaching and learning in order to analyse what we do and promote, if necessary, the integration with the best practices acquired in the mobility; - improving class management strategies following a new vision of the inclusion of all the diversities; - updating teaching methods by observing different realities; - increasing the communicative skills in English. -getting to know new school institutions by the direct observation of their teaching/learning activities.
Teachers needed to use new techonologies in accordance with the European standards. We also needed to empower our work creating a net with other schools and istitutions enlarging our international contacts in order to know other systems of governance which we can compare to. Increasing the intercultural sensibility through the teachers' training, the didactic actions help students create new abilities to interact positively with other people belonging to different cultural contexts. The school staff taking part in the mobilità, has the opportunity to focus on the activities about the comparing analysis of didactic best practises: teachers' training, team work, individual teaching, use of digital technologies, teaching European dimension. Since the Finnish school system is considered an excellent one, as said by OCSE PISA survey, teachers can experiment Finnish school system, observe and analyse the ways that let all the students to get excellent results.
