We wanted to form the school staff into a European mindset, open to taking part actively in partnerships with other European schools. Communication in a foreign language being a major obstacle for most teachers, this project could be a first step in overcoming some of the obstacles.
The Erasmus+ commission of IC Poggio Rusco has created this project to give school staff involved in European partnerships the opportunity to improve their fluency and competence in L2 in order to participate actively and effectively in Erasmus+ projects. Furthermore, some teachers had expressed their intention to attend training courses in specific methodological areas, for example, the management of conflicts in the classroom.
