Background

The project was born from MVI's commitment to pursue the following organizational priorities in the field of adult education, addressing the skills shortages identified in the staff and internal structure: - Promote youth employment as a global response to key social challenges in member countries and at European level, linking employment and social value creation. - Promote intercultural dialogue on climate change, inclusive attitudes and non-discrimination towards disadvantaged groups and categories (migrants, refugees, Roma, people with special needs, etc.) - Promote networking and long-term cooperation with organizations that embody high quality standards in adult education and environmental entrepreneurship. The direct recipients of the project were the trainers and members of the board of directors of MV International. The trainers involved have gained experience in the use of NFE methodologies and were interested in acquiring specific skills and tools in the field of adult education and disseminating them in the internal structure and in the network of their organization. The members of the Board of Directors regularly involved in the strategic direction of the organization, were interested in acquiring innovative methodologies and developing partnership agreements to enhance the development of MV International in a European perspective.
