GENERAL OBJECTIVES - To increase the European dimension of organisations in consortia; - To promote the effective use of European opportunities in social design; SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES -Equipping staff with skills, strategic knowledge and tools in social and digital design -Strengthen staff skills in StoryTelling -Enhance English language skills; In addition, a Job Shadowing activity was implemented on Protection and Prevention of Violence against Women.
We decided to participate in this project in order to develop four strategic pillars, namely 1. Increasing social design skills at European level: The aim is to ensure that the organisations involved are able to design and implement effective and innovative projects. 2. Improving English language skills in order to work better at EU level: Effective language communication will enable them to actively participate in European initiatives and expand their networks. 3. Increasing the quality of storytelling and dissemination of organisations' projects and activities: Through digital storytelling techniques and the use of effective dissemination tools, enabling them to reach a wider audience and engage stakeholders in a more meaningful way. 4. Exchange of good practices in the field of prevention of violence against women: Through this exchange, organisations will have the opportunity to learn from others, acquire new ideas and strategies and improve their own initiatives to prevent gender-based violence
