To achieve the following objectives: 1 acquisition of new teaching methods in languages 2. creation and use of new technologies 3. increase in linguistic, management, collaboration and inclusion skills 4. expansion of the international dimension
Needs: 1 develop and manage, with everyone's involvement, a long-term internationalization plan 2 expand, organize and manage international activities and the resulting relationships with professionalism and involvement a stable dedicated team 3 promote the long-term integration of foreign students with adequate training courses aimed at satisfying specific needs 4 introduce cutting-edge teaching methods and tools to stimulate learners' creativity and motivate them constantly to avoid abandonment 5 acquire advanced technological skills to make staff autonomous and confident in the use of platforms and registers and IWB and to create simple apps aimed at different level groups 6 open up to new methods of language teaching, both Italian and English as a L2/3/4, starting from an in-depth understanding of CEFR levels that are often not applied 7 manage the internal conflicts that have arisen in recent years with a spirit of collaboration to share a common vision in which everyone feel valued, involved and satisfied with balanced management of all offices.
