Objectives

The realization of reception and orientation activities especially at the Cpia2 Nordest Milano with multicultural classes. Given the students' difficulties in guaranteeing constant attendance in all the institutions belonging to the consortium, implementation in the use of e-learning software and platforms has become a priority. The area of improvement that we intended to implement was centered on the methodology for teaching adults of evening courses through the use of the e-learning platform in order to offer a learning tool that could allow students to take the state exam on a par with day students, guaranteeing valid and effective self-learning paths, as the European objective of increasing adult skills in Europe intends to underline. In summary, the areas for improvement were as follows: a) Digital and methodological area b). development and implementation of the e-learning platform in compliance with the provisions of current legislation c) methodologies for the reception path in a multicultural class.

Background

The three schools of the consortium that participated in the project had already previously participated in multi-partnership Erasmus+ projects and, having been extremely successful in the design and collaboration, they considered it appropriate to continue the collaboration. The need to participate in an Erasmus + project arose by the awareness of many factors. The first factor was the relevance of the common European space which is assuming ever greater centrality and makes exchanges on a training level more necessary. Another factor, of no less importance, is derived from the sudden changes in society also on the common European ground, on the issues of technologies increasingly used in education and the need for training on the issues of multiculturalism and inclusion. The educational institutions belonging to the consortium have highlighted the need to encourage the training of their teachers on the aforementioned topics and to seize the opportunity of the Erasmus+ program to encourage training in the European context in a context of increasingly growing mobility in the European area.
