Our institution involved two types of staff members as participants in the activities. Being a language school, it was crucial for us to involve our teachers. For them, the objectives to be achieved were mainly related to: • Training on the use and management of IT platform specific for didactic use; • Training on the latest teaching methods and approaches; • Development of personal and relational skills (soft skills); • Empowerment of language competences through activities participation in foreign countries. Members of the technical and administrative staff were also involved in the project to achieve objectives such as: • Training on the IT tools useful for their job; • Improving their language skills. For the managing staff we planned to get best practices from a reliable partner in order to implement new kind of projects.
The main reason for implementing this project is the desire to provide our staff members with training opportunities in topics related to the work of our company. We have already participated in projects of this type in the past, with very positive results that have had a considerable impact. On the one hand, staff training has increased the effectiveness of the work done by individuals, and on the other hand, it has created new business opportunities for our company in areas where we were not present.
