Each participating organization and operator is the bearer of unique knowledge and strategies, from whose valorization and exchange, a synergistic process oriented to the development of new mixed practices exportable in the next projects will be activated. - Create an opportunity for confrontation between different social, cultural and professional contexts by increasing one's skills of historical-cultural analysis, promoting critical reflections and the development of life-skills oriented to active and transformative participation in one's own society. - Activate a discussion on the procedures for certifying acquired skills, directed toward greater recognition even in professional fields other than the usual ones, and the activation of guided self-assessment processes that foster greater awareness of the skills that can be acquired.
