The project “From Caterpillar to Butterfly” aimed to develop the competences of youth workers to design life-changing sustainable learning environments for personal, social and professional inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities. The project objectives for our youth workers were: -To expand knowledge related to social and professional specifics relating to the inclusion of disadvantaged young people. -To develop the professional capacity (knowledge, skills, attitudes) in supporting disadvantaged young people on the path of personal, social and professional inclusion. -To increase the motivation of youth workers to engage with disadvantaged youth regarding their personal, social and professional inclusion. -To provide tools and innovative non-formal education methods that foster the sustainable inclusion of disadvantaged youth.
