This project is created in response of the common problem of rising youth unemployment in Europe but also the lack of initiative among youngsters from the partner countries to be proactive, develop their skills and competences and show alternatives to fight unemployment using ICT and entrepreneurship. The idea comes from group of young people who met in youth exchange in Bulgaria in August 2018 on the topic of active citizenship. We shared same problems of young people from our countries and decided to make an action. In 21st century the technologies are very developed yet not widely used to combat youth unemployment. That is why we want to present this alternative for youth to fight against youth unemployment. The youth exchange is developed by international team of young enthusiasts, willing to help other young people to get new experiences, acquire new skills and learn new information. We want to show our peers that there is a huge potential in ICT to gain new knowledge and skills and boost their career development. So we put ICT and entrepreneurship as main topics of the exchange and we want to encourage other youth to take initiative and boost their career development .The project includes countries that face the same issues regarding youth unemployment. The project aims -to encourage participants to use ICT as a tool to boost their career development -to encourage participants`s sense of initiative and entrepreneurship -to raise awareness about youth unemployment in Europe and enourage youth to find different alternatives to combat it trough ICT and entrepeneurship -to promote social inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities by providing them with knowledge of ICT as a tool to boost career development -to encourage intercultural dialogue Moreover, as the proejct involves participants from disadvantaged backgrounds, youth from the NEET group, with from rural areas, youth who have long being unemployed we also believe the exchange can have impact in sense of providing them with alternative by learnign about ICT and entrepenurship to combat youth unemployment, Moreover, we also believe the exchange can be an inspiration to those young people to be more active, to find solutions to the issue and not be passive, to explore different ways to be more xompetative on the labour market. One of the most important ways how we believe the proejct can have real impact on participants is trough changing attitudes-youth will get other perspectives, will be shown that they can be thmselves solution of the problem, their entrepeneurial spirit will be encouraged, they will be encouraged to explore entrpeneurship and ICT as ways to combat youth unemployment thus their personal and profesional development will be boosted. We also believe that the project will give inspire them to take part in more european mobilities/volunteering, exchanges, trainings, etx/ to further develop their skills, knowledge and competences and to become more competative on the labour market.
