Through the implementation of our Youth Exchange, we would achieve 4 basic pillars: - Intensification of intercultural awareness and European values of respect for diversity - Enhancement of immigrant presence - Constructive exchange of experiences - Production and distribution of a a set of outputs to involve young people in the multiplying process of impacting others. The snow-ball effect of the project is based on a set of indicators and related activities we will multiply thanks to the dissemination strategy during the implementation phase in Italy during the autumn 2020, and via social media productions.
The Youth Exchange set out to promote the social integration of people of different ethnicity, in a perspective of respect for differences of tolerance, with the following objectives: • Spread the values of tolerance, respect, human rights’ defense, and social inclusion through multi-cultural approaches • Encourage cultural diversity as the international dimension of a united Europe • Support the integration of young individuals with different roots and living in Europe, independently by their native background • Educate to diversity through understanding the non-European cultures and mutual exchange • Promote non-formal education, social inclusion and solidarity • Activate young people to speak up for human rights, cultural differences and inclusion • Convey the importance of the Erasmus + Program through European values.
