This exchange project between youth workers wanted to offer the opportunity to partners from different countries to meet, exchange experiences, ideas and to plan future cooperation and the development of tools for the involvement of young people, especially those who live in situations of marginality and with fewer opportunities. For better adapting the organizations that offer services to young people, this project aimed to reinforce the skills of the youth workers and the different actors of the territory, who are connected to young people, in order to respond in an integrated way and from multiple perspectives (leisure time, professional orientation, active participation in the community) to emerging needs and in continuous evolution. The objectives of the project were to: - Increase awareness of the critical issues meet in daily work with young people; - Identify methodologies for recognizing the acquired skills by young people in informal context of engagement and learning; - Increase the ability to read the needs of the individual and the territory; - Acquire new knowledge on methods and tools for territorial activation; - Share good practices and implementation of community animation interventions.
