Objectives

The project main objectives were: 1. To learn about Non formal education and to understand how could be important in the daily work of the 21 participants involved. 2. To learn and to adapt and implement a minimum of 20 different NFE methods, which can be used to actively contribute to youth development once the participants are back to their countries. 3. To create, among the 21 youth workers involved and the trainers, a trust and comfort zone in which it was possible to learn from each others and to share the role, the importance and the possibilities of NFE methods. 4. To develope in the 21 youth workers a more positive attitude towards their work with youth, to gain more trust in their competences and to improve their work performance with youth. By implementing the project we wanted also to built a stronger connection between the partners and to share the knowledge that we gain in the first training (in 2019) with more people and new association in order to use the NFE methods more inside and outside our organisation, italy and Europe.
