We wanted several teachers from our school to learn to conduct distance learning and counselling. virtual training could be provided for students who cannot come to school for justifiable reasons (illness) so that teachers could create e-portfolios to measure student progress. We expected that teachers' knowledge of a foreign language would improve, and teachers would develop digital teaching aids, initiate new international projects, learn to work with modern ICT curricula, curriculum would improve and that more diverse teaching methods would be applied to the lessons.
By this project, ‘ICT Development in Schools’, we aimed to give practical skills to teachers on how to integrate ICT into their lessons. Our main goal was to turn our school into a European digital school with a community capable of working with a variety of ICT programs and modern teaching methods. Provide your teachers with an internationally recognized certificate that should ensure that the knowledge and skills they acquire are disseminated throughout our country and in the local community. Relationships with colleagues in other European countries. We have developed a modern education strategy, internationalized our activities and ensured that all our projects meet certain quality of standards. Furthermore, we developed intercultural awareness.
