We aim to focus more on active learning, which replaces the traditional teaching process. The directions of active teaching and learning and partnership strengthening are related to the search for and implementation of new methods in the school, psychological preparation of teachers, and upgrading of qualifications. We strive for active learning and involvement in the educational process by creating new learning spaces, using learning "from the walls" and learning "without borders". To achieve this goal, it is necessary to "liberate" the creativity of pedagogues. The directions of active teaching and learning are related to the introduction of new methods in the school. A teacher's ability to improve students' emotional competence and behavioral skills is of great importance for successful cooperation. It is important to pay attention to the inclusion of each child, to promote self-control in students, and to improve students' interpersonal communication skills. We sought to learn the application of innovative learning methods in the educational process. We sought to discover new methods that would help stimulate student activity and motivation, encourage them to take initiative and take responsibility for learning outcomes.
THE STRATEGIC GOALS OF THE GYMNASIUM WERE: 1. Improvement and implementation of conditions and strategies that help students to learn actively. 2. Formation of an active school community based on partnership and leadership. The teachers predicted aspects of their activities to be improved: learning under the guidance of the teacher is combined with self-directed learning; students summarize the material they have learned and the results of their learning, and anticipate their activity aspirations. The development of these competencies is primarily associated with strengthening the motivation of students to learn, changing the teacher's behavior, and improving the relationship between the teacher and the student. General education in gymnasium should meet the educational needs of every student, be inclusive and interesting so that the student would remain motivated and want to attend school, feel good about it. The gymnasium community has agreed to strive to strengthen active teaching and learning for every student. The theme of active teaching and learning includes the inclusion of each student in the educational process, the close relationship between the student and the teacher.
