With the project "Innovative teacher-successful student" we aimed to improve the competences of pedagogues in the selection, development and application of ICT, digital tools, to create prerequisites for the successful and effective training of SEN students in order to ensure the quality of education and the development of internationality in the organizations. Project goals: 1.Improve pedagogues' competences by analyzing the SEN inclusion policy and its application in practice: -gain knowledge about effective teaching strategies and methods in practice, working with SEN and students with different abilities -improve the abilities to educate students with not only learning, but also behavioral, emotional, social development, neurological disorders -strengthen the awareness that the teacher's preparation for the lesson is very important for the learning success. 2.Prepare interactive methodical means using ICT tools: -acquire knowledge about ICT,their use in educating SEN and students with different abilities -develop the ability to apply ICT during the subject lessons by adapting the educational content -understand the benefits of ICT in preparing students to operate as successfully as possible in a competitive environment.
The self-assessment of the quality of school activities of the organizations forming the consortium and the SELFIE survey data showed that although pedagogues are constantly raising their qualifications and deepening their knowledge in various ways, when educating SEN students, they face challenges and difficulties in order to select educational methods and methods (differentiate tasks) taking into account the students' strengths and problems area. Also, educators lack the ability to select, develop and apply digital tools. The organization's activity strategy is to achieve the quality of education by creating prerequisites for the successful and effective education of SEN students, therefore the aspect of the application of versatile methods and educational content is important in order to achieve the child's inclusion, empowerment, better motivation, academic knowledge, social-emotional growth, necessary new technologies and information management competences that allow the effective, innovative methods and ways of using digital content in the teaching process, which will help students learn in a modern and attractive way.
