Objective. To enable the staff of the institution to improve their professional qualifications and integrate the skills acquired during the mobility in the implementation of the Gifted Education System in the school, through the development of European cooperation. As part of the project, we planned for teachers to: - To learn about the experience of educating gifted and talented pupils in EU countries; - Develop and implement a Gifted Education System in school; - Disseminate the lessons learnt within and outside their school.
- Educators lacked the knowledge and experience to set up a Gifted Education system in school. We wanted to learn from EU countries. - Identification of gifted pupils lacked systematicity. - Our young school (founded in 2016) had little experience of international cooperation. - Teachers were keen to improve their English language skills.
