We aim to become a learning school where everyone learns, teachers' leadership and initiative in implementing projects are encouraged, and the cooperation network is expanded on a European scale. In order to become a school for every child, we must learn from each other, cooperate systematically, change our attitudes towards children with special educational needs, get to know gifted students and look for different teaching methods to reveal the abilities of each student. 1. Encouraging teachers to act as a team, providing opportunities for them to raise qualifications, enabling professional leadership, ensuring communication and cooperation in the field of inclusive education and improvement of students' ability to learn. 2. To ensure cooperation with European teachers in the implementation of joint activities, projects of the eTwinning program. 3. To improve teachers' English communication skills, experience and acquired knowledge are shared in Lithuania and abroad. 4. Apply the knowledge gained during mobility activities in practice and ensure the successful learning of students, responding to the educational needs, differentiating and individualizing the educational content. 5. To ensure the quality of education.
Vilnius "Ziburys" primary school submits an application to implement the two-year project "Time to learn - I want, I can, I'm moving forward". The idea to implement the project stems from the school's strategic aspiration to respond to the educational needs of every student, looking for the most effective ways and strategies so that everyone experiences success at school. In each class, the educational opportunities and abilities of students are very different, and teachers and school specialists are looking for different ways to ensure success. The data of the internal self-evaluation applied in the school reveal, but it is still difficult for teachers to differentiate the content of education, to develop the competences of learning to learn and critical thinking, to respond to the needs of gifted students and to develop students' responsibility for their own learning.
