By participating in this project and gaining project experience, pedagogues hope to "inspire" new work, become more international, more open to innovations, gain self-confidence, improve their English language skills, meet colleagues from other EU countries, and better understand the context of European education. Courageous, motivated, full of new ideas and open to challenges, the teacher will be able to improve the structure of the lesson, carry out interdisciplinary education, encourage the student to plan his/her education and set individual short-term and long-term goals, manage stress, and change the school's educational model. The pedagogues who participated in the training will intensively apply their experience in the educational process, try new methods and methods, plan activities in and outside the school. In this way, the methodologies and tools that are most suitable for the students of our school will be selected. The results will be used to develop a new educational plan. It is hoped that the new experiences will help to create an optimized integrated and stress-free educational model in the school.
The team of teachers of Vilnius Emilijas Pliaterytė pro-gymnasium aimed to create a project that would help to gain experience from the educational practices of European Union countries. We wanted newly acquired or improved competences, innovative teaching/learning methods to respond to today's situation, to be actively applied in the educational process. We aimed, using the acquired knowledge, to organize lessons in a new way, which will be more attractive to the student. Based on the experience gained in the community of pedagogues, the idea of fundamental changes in the education of students will mature. We will strive to change the structure of the lesson, the content of the lesson, the environment, and methods. Educators feel/perceive the lack of knowledge and inconsistency in the context of modern European education, so they try to improve various areas of activity: raising qualifications in order to integrate, plan and optimize the educational process; develop skills for managing stressful situations; to optimize the effective, self-management and personal growth-promoting educational activities of employees. The school community saw active participation in foreign training and the acquisition and application of European experience in the educational process as one of the possible solutions.
