Background

International projects play an important role in promoting innovation, improving the education and training system, and the activities of educational institutions. In small regions, the majority of teachers are older, as the young people lack international opportunities, the use of language skills, a wider horizon and earning opportunities. Therefore, it is very important for regions such as Jonava, Marijampolė and Kelmė to involve teachers in international activities, as in the near future it will be necessary to attract many young professional teachers with experience in working in a multicultural environment, using the latest equipment, knowledge of the latest technologies and training.Workers who meet international European standards, speak several foreign languages and are able to communicate in a multilingual society. Cooperation and communication are extremely important both in the field of education and in other areas of the economy and life. The experience and expertise of the consortium members undoubtedly lead to the conclusion that the objectives of the project will be fully aligned with the specific objectives of the Erasmus + program in the field of education and training.
