The object to achieve was: - to motivate students and teachers to look for new ways to deepen their professional knowledge, language skills, work organizing skills; - to reduce the number of young people who drop out of the education system (through increasing motivation to gain new knowledge and skills); - to improve the quality of professional teaching and strengthen relationship with partners.
Vilkija Agricultural School is located in rural area and here study people who live in villages. Village is the place with less opportunities for young people to study in universities and usually such people have less motivation to study at all. So the school has a strategic plan how to increase the motivation and willingness to study, seek professional education and be an equal participant in the labor market. it is very valuable to have experience in intercultural area and place to develop foreign language skills. Such projects are perfect opportunity to see different world and motivation for students to study. For teachers this is opportunity to get to know different styles of teaching, communicating the knowledge and improving communication skills.
