Objectives

The learners, vocational teachers and social partners who participated in the mobility activities of the "Improving personality - growing personality" project contributed to the implementation of the vision, mission and values formulated in the strategic plan and internationalization strategy. For the learners, especially those students who have less opportunities to go abroad, the work-related professional internships in Turkey, Malta, Germany and Italy and the incoming mobility visit organized from Turkey provided an opportunity to master the links between theoretical and practical training in the workplace, to improve practical skills, professional and general competences, acquire new competences in specific areas, improve knowledge of a foreign language. It is extremely important for future qualified workers to receive attractive employment opportunities and better career prospects in the future, and for teachers of the profession to improve the quality of education through non-traditional environments, promoting education in a different way. In this way, teachers updated their professional competences and raised their qualifications.
