Background

We already had experience in developing and implementing Erasmus + KA1 vocational training projects and were convinced that these activities are an effective means of achieving the school's strategic goals: high-quality, sustainable and effective education and training to motivate students to become professionals in Lithuania and abroad, to develop the values and internationality of the school community. Through Erasmus + KA1 vocational training projects, we have achieved tangible and tangible results, which has encouraged us to create favorable conditions for young people from socially disadvantaged backgrounds to do internships, gain experience in modern Austrian small and family businesses, expand school knowledge and skills in accordance with not only Lithuanian but also European standards. An important impetus for applying was also to improve the image of vocational training and to improve the school's team skills in international project management. The latter aspect, given the experience already gained, is important as it strengthens and harmonizes the entire organization.
