The aim of the project was to ensure high-quality training, increasing the internationality and attractiveness of the implemented programs. The aim of this project was to improve the professional competences of cook, pastry chef, waiter, bartender, masseur, tailor, hairdresser at the primary and continuing professional education levels, graduates, vocational teachers and administrative workers abroad. It was planned that at least 70 primary and continuing professional level students (including 68 short-term and 2 long-term mobility visits) and 19 employees (including 14 staff training abroad and 5 teaching/training visits abroad) will acquire international professional competences within 12 months. . The expected impact of the project is greater professional and socio-cultural competencies of the participants, motivation to achieve better results in the professional and personal fields. For employees - increased professional qualifications will improve the quality and attractiveness of education. The improved foreign language skills of students and employees will allow them to contribute to the internationality of the Center in the future.
Erasmus+ KA1 mobility project "Become the best version of yourself" no. 2020-1-LT01-KA102-077720 aimed to contribute to implementation of the organization's strategic goals and European development plan: 1. to improve the qualifications of teaching staff; 2. to provide students with the necessary general and professional competences recognized worldwide; 3. purposeful development of long-term partnerships with EU partners; 4. promote more active participation of the Center's students and teachers in international projects; 5. update and develop the training base, programs and adapt them to the needs of students; 6. apply the form of apprenticeship vocational training.
