The aim of the project was to improve competences of vocational rehabilitation specialists in the fields of vocational training and quality assurance of providing services, to strengthen collaboration and share best practice examples and to adapt the experience in Lithuania.
The need for improving the competences of our staff according the latest practices in countries in Europe is always a goal of Valakupiai Rehabilitation Centre. Recently the biggest need for competences were: the area of vocational training and quality assurance of providing services. The other motive for application was to strengthen collaboration and share best practice examples and to adapt the experience in Lithuania.
