The aim of this project is to improve the competences of non-formal adult education and continuing education providers in Anyksciai District Municipality through education of socially vulnerable adults. The consortium consists of 3 members. The consortium carried out a mobility project aimed at enhancing the quality of adult education and training within the institutions participating in the consortium by developing the competences of the staff of these institutions in two main areas: • To increase the creativity skills and competences of adult educators and socially vulnerable learners. • To expand educational space opportunities for adult educators by developing education for socially vulnerable adults and seeking creative solutions through the use of educational spaces.
After assessing the strategic goals of the consortium organizations and the needs of the consortium participants, a problem area was identified - the lack of creative skills and competencies of adult educators and learners (socially vulnerable people).
